I have booked my family package of Dubai with Minakshi she is very polite and helpful. We had one of the best travelling experience (Dubai). Firstly, she responded to my add on requests promptly and the itinerary planning and execution was top-notch. Thanks a lot to the lady who helped me in the initial planning phase. Everything was perfect eg: the hotel accommodation and its location, timely pick-ups, praiseworthy level of hospitality by everyone involved. Secondly, the level of support provided on other aspects eg: covid related guideline, gold buying related information, customs etc made the team stand out. I never had to call anyone from the Planning Team during the visit. The drivers in the team are highly trained, focussed on the road ehile driving and above all very friendly. Overall, the team delivered very well and the services were just perfect.
